These Terms & Conditions govern all courier services provided by SwiftlyThere (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a delivery, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

SwiftlyThere provides same‑day, next‑day, long‑distance, and multi‑drop courier services across the UK. All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking Requirements

Customers must provide accurate information, including:

  • Full pickup and delivery addresses
  • Contact names and phone numbers
  • Parcel description and size
  • Any special handling requirements

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Parcel Restrictions

We do not carry:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal items
  • Live animals
  • Perishable goods requiring temperature control
  • Cash over £500
  • Items prohibited by UK law

We reserve the right to refuse any parcel at our discretion.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to meet all agreed times, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Operational issues

We will always communicate delays where possible.

6. Liability & Insurance

SwiftlyThere provides standard liability cover up to £50 per parcel unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect losses
  • Losses due to incorrect packaging
  • Items damaged due to insufficient protection

Customers are responsible for ensuring parcels are packaged securely.

7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before dispatch: no charge
  • Cancellations made after dispatch: full fee applies

8. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless a business account is in place.

Business accounts operate on 30‑day invoicing unless otherwise agreed.

9. Proof of Delivery

Deliveries may be confirmed via:

  • Signature
  • Photo
  • GPS timestamp

This constitutes proof of completion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
